About

The “Trivale” Park is the largest park in the country, being considered one of the symbols of Pitești municipality. The embellishing plan of the park was designed by landscape architect Edouard Redont. Arranged since 1900, within a secular oak forest, the “Trivale” Park has become a favorite place of promenade for the people in Pitești. The abundant vegetation, the fresh and cool air, but also the fauna specific to the hilly forests provide excellent conditions for rest and refreshing walks. The “Trivale” Park was declared a natural monument in 1939.
