About
The “Goleștii Badii” Ethnographic Museum in Topoloveni represents for tourists a portal to the past, to the daily living of the villagers and their customs. The museum consists of several rooms, in which various clothing items are exhibited, such as over 100 years old embroidered peasant blouses, pots, clay pots with traditional inscriptions and household tools. A room in the museum is dedicated to cult objects and there are also old books written in Slavonic and Cyrillic. Among the valuable exhibits there is a functional gramophone, old radios, but also a meteor rock that fell from the sky a few decades ago, donated by locals to the museum in Topoloveni.
